join them as : Manager,
Business Continuity
Jobs Description:
Reporting to the Director of Facility
Management, you are required to participate
as secretary of Business Continuity
Management Steering Committee. Other
duties includes coordinating the business
continuity efforts across all departments,
update control and distribute the
BCP in the organization, ensure that
tests and exercises are carried out
and changes required are updated in
the BCP, ensure that all staff in
the organization are appropriately
trained via training and awareness
programmes, coordinate response recovery
and return efforts during disaster
among BCM Steering Committee, Department
BCM Coordinators and the various support
teams.
Jobs Requirements:
You should process at least a Bachelor
Degree in any discipline, with at
least 3 years of experience in Risk
Management, Business continuity or
equivalent. Those with background
in Medical Care Service, Business
Administration, Risk Management, Hospitality
business or Security will be preferred.
The selected candidate may be required
to relocate to another ASEAN country.

Jobs Description:
- Handle enquiries on training
- Propose, plan, coordinate, packaging
and execute events
- Assist in preparing business proposals
and other materials required to meet
customers' request.
- Assist in marketing and selling
of the events, including workshops,
seminars and conferences
- Handling of the events logistics
- Coordinate with the vendors to ensure
that facilities are properly set up
- Part of the team to develop the
newsletter
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
as assigned.
Jobs Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma with at least
2 years of working experience, preferably
in events management or customer service
experience
* Possess some basic marketing knowledge,
preferably in corporate marketing
* Keen learner with positive working
attitute, highly resourceful, meticulous
and reliable
* Excellent written skills
* Articulative with an ability to
communicate and interact effectively
with people at all levels.
* Able to work independently and as
a team, with minimal supervision
* Willing to travel
* Able to start work in short notice
