Henry Ee

FBCI, CBCP, ACTA

Chief Trainer

Henry Ee (FBCI, CBCP, ACTA) is the Founder and Managing Director of BCP Asia.

He has been in the business continuity profession for more than 20 years, actively contributing to the industry’s wider understanding in business continuity, risk management and related disciplines. Henry is currently appointed as the Chairman for the BCI Asia Chapter (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China) and as the Vice President for RIMAS. Henry is also a working group member of the Public-Private Partnership in UNISDR since 2016, looking into Disaster Risk Management in the region. In contributing to the business continuity industry, Henry was invited in setting up the BCM Standards: Singapore Standard SS540:2008, British Standard BS25999:2007, US ASIS, ISO22313:2013, China GBT 30146-2013. He has been invited to be part of the audit committee as a technical expert by certification bodies (including SPRING Singapore) to conduct certification audits.

Henry started out as a Business Continuity Manager, overseeing the regional BCMS program for two global banks : ABN AMRO Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Prior to joining the banks, he was with SingTel, as a Project Manager overseeing the development of Telepark, then the recovery or alternate backup facility site for many banks and MNCS. It was then he founded his passion for Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery.

Since 2000, when BCP Asia was established, Henry personally conducts trainings and provide consulting advisory services. To date, he has implemented more than 350 projects and trained more than 5000 professionals across Financial, Information Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, Transportation, Telecommunication and Healthcare industries from around Asia namely Singapore, Philippines, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mauritius, Macau, Australia and Saudi Arabia. An active speaker, Henry has been invited to speak in conferences and seminars, sharing his experience as a practitioner. He is also being invited as a judge to the Risk Management competition (final) by the Singapore Universities, organised by NTU Risk Management society.

Henry earned his academic degree at the University of Essex (UK) where he majored in Electronics Systems Engineering with first class honours. He is currently a professionally certified BCM practitioner as FBCI and CBCP by the the Business Continuity Institute, UK and Disaster Recovery Institute International, US. He is a member of IAEM, US. As a trainer, he is ACTA certified, certified trainer by PECB, EXIN and the BCI(UK). Henry is the first Asian to be elected to the Board of BCI (UK) and was later awarded with the Lifetime Achievement Award by BCI in October 2010.

Victor Ng

AMBCI, ACTA

Co-Chief Trainer

Victor Ng joined BCP Asia in Year 2008 and is currently heading the Internal Audit team.  He conducts trainings and internal audits for BCP Asia clients, of which many achieved their certification at personal or organisational level.  A well-liked professional by clients, Victor always provides advisory from different angles that provoke thoughts and new ideas.   With over 25 years of experience, both as a BCM & Risk Manager in the global banks and as a consultant with BCP Asia, Victor has many real life experiences that includes Y2K, September 11 incident and global virus attack.  Victor is a professionally certified AMBCI (BCI), ISO22301 Lead auditor certifiedand graduated with a Computer Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (USA).  He is a certified trainer by BCI and is ACTA certified.

Peck Eing Seng

MBCI, ACTA, RMC

Trainer

Peck Eing Seng manages consulting teams and oversees the implementation of projects.  A certified professional with more than 10 years experience, Eing Seng provided consulting advisory services to clients from the healthcare, manufacturing, research, logistic, telecommunication and public sectors of Singapore, China, Thailand and Indonesia; leading to BCMS certification.  Eing Seng conducts training and is a certified trainer by PECB and holds ACTA.  He is also a certified management consultant and holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from the National Technological University (NTU).

Raymond Ee

MBA, MBCI, ACTA

Raymond Ee led the team in the development and implementation of Business Resilience related solutions.  As an avid evangelist for corporate adoption of BCM good practices and automation through technology, Raymond has been actively sourcing and exploring new areas for more efficient ways to roll out Business Resilience programs.  A certified professional (MBCI), Raymond also provide consulting advisory and trainings to organisations.    Raymond holds a degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from National University of Singapore and a MBA from San Francisco State University.  He is a BCI certified trainer and ACTA certified.

Lee Chuen Fei

PE, PBM, ACTA

Trainer

Lee Chuen Fei is a trainer with Business Continuity Planning Asia Pte Ltd. He is also the CEO of Flow Enterprise Inc Pte Ltd and a Consultant for Risk Management at ST Marine. Chuen Fei has more than 10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management. He was awarded the Standards Partners Merit Award in 2013 by SPRING Singapore for his contribution in ISO31000 Risk Management International Standard. He is also a Professional Engineer (PE Board Singapore). Chuen Fei graduated with an Engineering Degree from University of Singapore and also went on to earn a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Science in Management of Technology from National University of Singapore. He is also a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO22301 (IRCA) from British Standards Institute (BSI).
