  • The SARS outbreak in 2003 was a trying time for businesses which were not prepared, but it has taught us a valuable lesson. Since then, we have learnt to be better prepared to brace other pandemic outbreaks such as the Influenza H1N1, H1N5, MERS and now most reminiscent of the 2003 outbreak—the Novel Coronavirus: COVID-19. We may not be able to predict when the next Pandemic will happen, until it happens. What we can do is to ensure that we have a plan in place to prepare for sudden situations.     • Overview of the Enterprise Singapore and MOH guidelines for Pandemic situations and WHO advisory
    • Determine the possible business continuity strategies for pandemic, required resources and handling procedure
    • Identify the key similarities and differences between the strategies and how to choose the most suitable one for your Organisation
    • Documenting the pandemic plan (TEMPLATE will be given)
    • Challenges and key success factors for a robust plan
